      Meta Quest Software & Game Issues

      App or Game Not Launching

      • Solution:
        • Reboot the headset and try launching the app again.
        • Uninstall and reinstall the app:
          • Go to Library, find the app, click the three dots, and select Uninstall.
        • Ensure the app is updated by checking the Updates tab in your Library.

      Headset Freezes or Crashes

      • Solution:
        • Hold the power button for 10 seconds to force a restart.
        • Make sure the headset has enough free storage space. Delete unused apps to free up space.
        • Perform a factory reset if the problem persists (only as a last resort):
          • Hold the power and volume down buttons to access the boot menu, then select Factory Reset.
