Meta Quest No Sound or Distorted Audio

Solution:

Check the volume on the headset using the volume buttons on the side.
Ensure nothing is plugged into the 3.5mm audio jack that could be overriding the sound.
Clean the headphone ports and ensure they are dust-free.
Try using different headphones if the internal speakers are not working.
Reboot the headset or perform a factory reset if the issue persists.
