Meta Quest Factory Reset

Factory resetting the Meta Quest is a last resort but can fix many persistent issues:

• At startup: Hold the power and volume down button, use the volume buttons to select Factory Reset, and press the power button to confirm.
  Note: This will erase all data on your headset, so back up important information to your account.
