Meta Quest Display Issues
Blank or Flickering Screen
- Solution:
- Ensure the headset is charged. If not, charge it for at least 30 minutes and retry.
- Perform a restart: Hold the power button down for 10 seconds.
- Check if the proximity sensor (above the lenses) is clean and unobstructed. Dust or dirt can cause the screen to turn off if it detects no face.
Blurry Display
- Solution:
- Adjust the IPD (Interpupillary Distance) using the slider or buttons on the bottom of the headset.
- Ensure the headset is sitting properly on your head and the lenses are clean.
- Use a microfiber cloth to clean the lenses.
- Calibrate the position in Settings > Device to match your vision.
