Global Offshore Wind Summit Japan (GOWS) is a yearly conference and exhibition held in Japan. The comprehensive business conference attracts leading offshore wind companies representing developers, construction companies, service providers, technology and equipment vendors as well as policy makers and stakeholders from offshore wind regions.
Last year it attracted 700 Japanese and foreign participants. The event is organized by the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) and Japan Wind Power Association (JWPA) and travels among regions with offshore wind development. This year it will be held in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan's northern island.
